Rio’s Post

Dear visitors of the 3lykamar Blogspot,

Here I am to share my views on and experiences of cyberbullying

I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

First, as to what cyberbullying is and what haters are, I should say that Haters are the people who hate celebrities and other people who have social media

Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation. Some cyberbullying crosses the line into unlawful or criminal behavior.

Actually it is considered as a more dangerous type of bullying since you don’t really know who does it.While it mostly targets celebrities it can also target everyday people that get anonymous messages and sometimes threats or hateful comments without knowing what to do

Next, as for why it happens, I would like to say that online bullies are mostly people that look up to celebrities when it happens to celebrities and people that know other people that want to hurt their reputation by any way possible because they either are jealous of them or they are an easy target to bully.Adding to that sometimes they just find it funny to do around people because they think it will give them the feeling of power and it will result in them getting  either respect or recognition among their peers.

In fact, we have experienced quite a lot of accidents of cyber bullies doing so much to make people feel uncomfortable that it has lead to people wanting to take legal action against them.

Last, as regards on how to stop it , I believe that the best way to stop it is by raising awareness for the for effect of cyberbullying and turn passive onlookers into active bystanders. For instance online groups should be made for people to learn what to do against haters people should activate safety tools like automatic offensive message deletion. And because haters only want to hate because they have an audience to give them power people should stop siding with them.

Thanks for reading! Looking  forward to your input on this issue!

Dear visitors of Our International Blogspot,

Here I am to share my views on and experiences of online haters and cyberbullying.

I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.
First, as to what online hate is, I should say that it is a serious form of cyberbullying. Haters target people—especially those who are visible online, like influencers, celebrities, or even regular users—and send them cruel or insulting messages.
Actually, it’s even worse than face-to-face bullying because the internet gives haters anonymity. They can hide behind fake accounts and say things they would never dare to say in real life.

Next, as for why online hate happens, I would like to say that it often comes from a desire to feel powerful or superior. Some haters simply enjoy the pain they cause—it’s a disturbing pleasure mechanism. Others love the attention they get from their audience.
In fact, we have experienced this ourselves when a friend of mine, who started a popular YouTube channel, was suddenly flooded with hate comments. Most of them were not even about her content—they were personal and meant to hurt her confidence.

Last, as regards how to stop online hate, I believe that awareness and action are key. We should encourage people not to be silent spectators, but to become active bystanders who call out hate and support victims.
For instance, platforms can use filters to automatically delete offensive messages, and we should all learn how to use reporting tools. If there’s no audience, haters lose their fun. And if things get serious, we must report it to cyberbullying authorities.

Dear visitors of Our International Blogspot,

Here I am to share my views and experiences of animal cruelty. I have recently read some interesting posts here which i would like to comment upon.

First, animal abuse happens far too often and you should provide insight about its various forms. Some of them are neglect, abandonment, emaciation and even being used for profit! That’s ethically wrong but unfortunately people seem to care more about their own benefit than their well-being. Actually, I have read about a case in which a lady kept dogs captive with no proper food or water so that she could force them to breed and sell the puppies for money. My heart was in my mouth when I first heard of it.

Next, as for how I feel about this reality, I should say that I have gone through many polls to realize that we do not deserve animals. Animals are dying every day not only because we abuse them, it’s also due to the fact we caused the climate change that generates negative effects on them, making it harder to survive in conditions outside of their usual habitats. As a matter of fact, this is a widely known topic and we should act, although people are aware, they lack empathy for animals suffering and that’s why this is happening.

Last, as regards what we can do about it, let me mention that the use of social media plays a crucial role since it’s the only thing we pay attention to nowadays. We could start raising awareness about animal rights. Education is the key factor of behavioral characteristics and we could learn about animal importance.

Dear visitors of Our International Blogspot,
Here I am to share my views on and experiences of animal cruelty.
I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

First, as to the two forms of animal cruelty, I should say that abuse and neglect are the most common. Actually, I can say that I have seen cases where animals were beaten or left without food and shelter, suffering terribly.

Next, as for why people behave cruelly to animals, let me say that monetary gain, lack of awareness that animals are sentient beings, and even mental disorders often explain such behavior. As a matter of fact, I once saw someone exploiting animals for money, completely ignoring their pain.

Last, as regards what can be done to stop this phenomenon, let me mention that education and stricter laws are essential. For example, campaigns showing that animals feel emotions too can change people’s attitudes significantly.

Dear visitors of Our International Blogspot,

Here I am to share my insight into how Art can influence mental well-being and offer a means of self-expression. I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

    1. First, as to  creativity, I should say that  Art gives people a way to express themselves, even when words don’t work. Whether it’s drawing, painting, or making music, it helps let out emotions in a fun and safe way. Actually, engaging in Art can be deeply introspective, offering a sense of freedom and relaxation. It encourages us to think beyond the ordinary and embrace new ideas. When I paint or sketch, I feel a unique appreciation for the process, free from judgment.

Next, as for compassion, I would like to say that  Art can really open our eyes to different situations and emotions. In fact, we have experienced how watching movies and reading books can help us understand what other people go through. Some paintings or songs talk about real-life struggles, and they make us feel connected to others, even if we’ve never met them. Art can help spread awareness about mental health and remind us to be kind to others.

Last, as regards connection , I believe that Art brings people together. For instance,  when people join an art club or work on a mural together, they make new friends and share experiences. Even just listening to the same song as someone else can make you feel like you understand each other. Art shows us that we’re not alone in our feelings.

Dear visitors of Our International Blog,

Here I am to share my views on the lives of refugees in Greece and experiences of how they contribute to society here.I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

First, as to why refugees come to Greece, I should say that many are fleeing war, violence and poverty in their home countries. Actually, they are looking for safety and a better future for themselves and families.

Next, as for what life is like for refugees in Greece, I would like to say that it can be difficult. Many refugees face challenges like finding a place to live, learning the language and getting the proper support. In fact, many live in overcrowded camps, and some struggle with not knowing when they will be able to move forward in their lives.

Last, as regards what refugees can offer us, I believe that they bring unique skills, experiences and perspectives. For instance, refugees often have great resilience   and a strong desire to build a new life. With the right support, they can contribute to society through their work, culture and community involvement.

Dear visitors of the ‘3lykamar’ blogspot,

Here I am to share my views and experiences of addictions in adolescence. I have read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment on.

First, as to addictions , I have to say that there are many addictive  substances. For example, nicotine and drugs. Also there are addictive activities like gambling, shopping, working etc, let alone avoidances like procrastination and moods like nugging all the time!

Next, as for teenage, I have to say that it’s a very stressful period in one’s life. You have to deal with a tough day. You feel alone and stressed and think that the addictive substances or other things are the solution to all problems.

Last, as regards what can be done to prevent or overcome an addiction, I believe that school must inform teenagers about the consequences of addictive substances and the effects on their health and recommend ways of coping.

Thanks for reading! Looking forward to your opinion on the issue!

Dear visitors of the ‘3lykamar’ blog,

Here I am to share my views on and experiences of addictions in adolescence. I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

First, as to why addictions are common in these ages, I should say that stress and lack of free time are a major factor. Actually, by not having free time and while dealing with a lot of stress adolescents need an escape from reality. Then addictive things come to play since they stimulate the brain and give the person the escape they need so desperately.

Next, as for how addictions affect teenagers, I would like to say that a lot of addictions are harmful. Social media for example consumes a lot of valuable time since the person who uses them gets hooked on and can’t stop. With substances it’s a similar phenomenon however the effects can be seen a lot in the body of the user. In fact, we have experienced  a lot of cases where students have been transferred from their school environment to some hospital because of them taking big doses of substances like alcohol while being in school

Last, as regards how to cope with addiction, I believe that addictions can be faced in may ways. For instance,  communication with peers and parents about the problem can help the person to stop them by listening to the suggestions of others. Meanwhile, when maintaining communication with people the person won’t need any substances or other addictive things to feel happy which means that the person won’t get addicted that easily.

    Dear visitors of  “MK-Now” BlogSpot,

Here I am to share my views and experiences of how school could help an adolescent deal with teenage issues such as building an identity, independence, peer pressure, addictive behaviors, and stress. I have recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

First, as to building a personal identity, I should say that school is the epicenter of the teenage experience and in a sense, their job. It’s the place where they do most of the teenage work of developing an identity. Actually, for students who feel protected, respected, and connected to their community, it is easier to find out who they really are.

Next, as for independence teachers can help their students develop independence by showing them love and support, respect their feelings and opinions, help them develop skills for decision-making. They can also encourage them to try new things, and to keep trying even when things are hard. In this way students build self-confidence and are able to handle any stress related to peer influence or resist negative peer influence.

Last, as regards stress schools can develop a pleasant climate by encouraging students to be engaged in school events. In this way a sense of belonging could grow up among them and this is an important element for keeping a distance from addictive behaviors.

Dear visitors of the “3lykamar” Blogspot,

Here I am to share my views on and experiences of how school can support adolescents in dealing with teenage issues. I’ve recently read some interesting posts here which I would like to comment upon.

First, as to school subjects relevant to teenagers, I should say that each subject plays a crucial role. Sociology helps us understand ideologies, P.E. aids in stress relief, Art facilitates self-expression, Biology enhances comprehension of changes in the body and brain, while English, Greek, and Religion provide food for thought. Actually, integrating these subjects into our curriculum has provided a holistic approach to our development.

Next, as for extra-curricular activities, mental health projects and psychological counseling have been invaluable. Career counseling has helped us navigate our future paths, and sexual education and internet education have equipped us with essential life skills. Additionally, student-exchange programs and films have broadened our perspectives, fostering empathy and understanding.

Last, regarding relationships with peers, teachers, and parents, conflict resolution projects have been instrumental in fostering healthy communication. Through these initiatives, we have experienced improved understanding, empathy, and cooperation among all stakeholders. For instance, dialogue sessions and workshops have facilitated open discussions and strengthened our relationships.
